      Pros

      Good culture, lots of learning and great HR. Always willing to go the extra mile. Safety is always number one

      Cons

      Intermittent contracts, not like it's the company's fault just a bad time in the oilfields right now. Hoping things pick back up for everyone

      Pros

      High salaries at the Lamont facility. They run the company as a loss leader for Jacobs Engineering and high wages are the best way to make lots of money go away.

      Cons

      The company views employees as disposable, to be worked into the ground until they are of no further value, then thrown away. Poorly managed. The company is intended to lose money, so that's the way they run it. Trying to make things work better is just banging your head against the wall.
