      You gain great experience and learn tremendously

      Cons

      It takes time to advance or be promoted but it also depends on the field office you are in and its management. Rating is for a field office and not HQ. Overall, a great place to work and grow.

      - Technically solid organization - good hearted and hard working people - Work for a good cause - Very nice benefit package - Good experience of Japanese culture

      Cons

      - Excessive paper work - sometimes too detailed - Japanese working culture ad ethics are dominant, could be a challenge accommodating but overall it becomes a great experience
