No benefits. Bad pay. Horrible-tyrant boss/owner. Uncomfortable environment. Constant Racial, sexual statements and swearing from management & employees. Managers lack initiative, organization n training. No open door policy. Do as told or you get fired. Treat employees as puppets. No proper training. No room for advancement. People don't last more than 3 months before getting fired. Not a good place to work at.
