      Pros

      Company have strength by having super clients, higher management focus on long term vision. If you are lucky you get great client under good leadership. Employee friendly benifits.

      Cons

      Less interaction between employees and higher management, reporting managers only the contact, they handle different technology employees even though they don't have knowledge on perticular stream. Employee hierarchy is not so great, very less social interaction between employees. They have good policies on social interaction but reporting managers don't bother about that and busy with showing bossism.

      The CEO onwards are very transparent, consistent and trust invoking leadership. Working on cutting edge gen-ai based suite of products and consultancy around it.

      Cons

      Small division of a large conglomerate.
