      Only WFH is the good thing provided here.

      Cons

      Never join this company, I say never ever. Such an unstable company where they hire people on urgent basis and after 4 months ... Boom. You have been layed off after getting message from HR as they lack in having stable client. So my personal suggestion is don't join this company if you want good for your career. HR will say big things at the time of joining but trust me none of them will be true. This was my worst company in my whole career.

      The CEO onwards are very transparent, consistent and trust invoking leadership. Working on cutting edge gen-ai based suite of products and consultancy around it.

      Small division of a large conglomerate.
