Pros

First, they are very much all about their staff and taking care of the team. Its a 4 day work week so who doesn't lover that. The management team is always easy to talk to, They get all staff together for a quarterly events, they buy us lunches every month, pay is good and office is so nice. Most of the people there have been there over 5 years and some over 10 years so lots of loyalty. They even have clients that have been with them over 15 years. Also, I really loved that they are all about taking care of the customers. We were constantly finding ways to add value to customers, make doing business easier and easier, what can we do to be the best for them and client support was a big deal. The CEO is always saying take care of the customers and we will be fine. Just sad I had to move but happy to leave this review.

Cons

Hard to say. Maybe a con would be that there was always a lot of work to do. With so many clients it was very busy and management was always inspecting that the work was top quality. Sometimes that could be stressful but it also made the day fly.

Working at JLB has honestly been such a great experience. I moved across the country and landed an interview here while job hunting. The process was professional, transparent, and welcoming. I’ve been here for over a year now and have grown so much in this role. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience after moving to TN. The team is kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Everyone really cares about what they do, both internally and for clients. Even though I’m not client-facing, it’s great to see how organized and supportive the client process is. The benefits are great, and management is always approachable and supportive. I love that so many people have been here for years, some over ten. JLB also makes employees feel appreciated. We get catered lunch every month, have fun events every quarter (TopGolf, bowling, holiday party, etc.), quarterly awards, and game days every month. Our CEO always says, "Good things come to us," and it’s true. When you put good into your work, your team, and your customers, it always works out :)

Cons

The workload can get busy at times, but it’s entirely manageable and doesn’t affect my work-life balance.
