Teams work well together, covering for each other. True life-work balance - they offer unlimited PTO, and I've never been denied a request. They understand that family and time away from work is important. Excellent learning environment - everyone seems to have an "open door" policy. I can reach out to anyone at any level when I have questions or need help. I feel comfortable asking questions and admitting when I don't understand something. Recognition comes often and in various ways. The firm frequently provides different "tokens of appreciation" to team members. (Most recent was a North Face jacket for the guys and LuLu Lemon for the ladies) There is always room for growth and taking on more responsibility if you desire it. Team members genuinely care about each other. I often refer to my team as "family."
