Great company to work for - Mechanical Systems Engineer JLS Automation Employee Review

Competitive salary, positive culture and work environment, coworkers are always eager to help each other, interesting/challenging work, cutting edge technology, strong leadership, the list goes on. One of the first places I've worked where it genuinely feels like the leadership has our best interests in mind. The CEO is very generous and accessible. Lot's of opportunities for growth if you have the ambition. The negative reviews are from former employees who were let go, and it's very rare for someone to be let go at JLS. Rather than using it as an opportunity for introspection and self improvement they decided to lash out and attempt to tarnish a great companies reputation.

Occasionally some duds slip through the hiring process who try to delegate their entire workload to their coworkers rather than doing actual work. But those issues tend to work themselves out. Overall benefits are good, but 401K matching could be better and more options for health care would be nice.

The company itself is very understanding and actually cares about the employees. A lot of fun events throughout the year.

Pay could be better for employees and middle management.
