This is a smaller firm where you know everyone involved in a project and have the opportunity to make your own role whatever you wish while working with upper management. Work hours are reasonable with consideration of a work\life balance. Projects are varied. The Mehserles try very hard to create a pleasant work atmosphere. Design Aesthetics and Integrity are important to the owners. The firm would literally go to lunch together about once a week, often with the Mehserles picking up the tab, so camaraderie is what you put into it. Benefits, Bonuses, etc. were pretty good even when times were tight.
