      I do not have to work for a narcissist anymore.

      Cons

      Upper management couldn’t care less about their loyal employees. Very toxic environment I would not recommend it.

      Pros

      take truck home or park at truck stop, loads not forced everyday. motels or hotels on the road. small cash advances when needed. Needing time off was not an issue. When i had a problem went to the owner or next in charge. I was hored back after a retaliatory dicharge.

      The four amigos run the show.

      Cons

      Horrific management. Terrible all around. Including corporate sake rep, and the coo specifically.
