It is pleasure to work at JMango as the company truly encourages entrepreneurship and establishes a good balance between targets and rewards. I also like the opportunities the company offers to come up with ideas, the flexibility to work your own schedule and the outlook in terms of career path.

You need to be able to endure stressful intervals from time to time. On the other end, when a stressful period ends, the company offers sufficient space to relax and reap the rewards. I personally find this very pleasing but I am aware this can be considered a con.
