You have to deal with a bunch of clueless managers and team leads.
Cons
Managers aren’t even human; they treat you like a damn machine on a 24-hour shift. Overloaded with work, zero clarity on requirements, and no proper project planning. They pile on more than three projects at once. The worst management I’ve ever seen—trainees could build better projects than these clowns.
