The company provides strong hands-on exposure, especially for someone starting out as a MERN stack developer. Cons
The work culture is quite demanding and lacks structure. There are no clearly defined working hours—while the day may start around 9:30 AM, there is no fixed time to leave, and work often extends late into the night (11 PM, 12 AM, or even beyond).
