Excellent pay & benefits. Employees are empowered to be creative when solving problems. What we do has a positive impact on the environment, quality of peoples lives, and the health of people. Never boring, always a new industry learn and problem to solve.
Cons
Must be a self-starter. No micro-managing here, almost to a fault. You are shown what needs to get done, and you are left to do it. If you don't do it, then you won't last. Often requires some after hours voluntary "night school" to get up to speed.
