Very good environment out in the cubes. Everyone gets along and it helps with stressful deadlines. Management working hard towards a continuously better environment.

Small company so spending on extra things is limited.

Working with a staff that I know and trust. The owners of the company are very nice. I built or modified 2/3 of the machines and robotics at JR. Wheel and they rely on me a great deal. I enjoy the work I do, there and that is why I have stayed with the company so long.

No insurance offered to cover pre-existing conditions. No benefits package with a 401k or any kind of comprehensive health insurance. They do not offer competitive pay for the work that I do.
