Pros

I can work when I want and don't when I don't want to There are several options for clients to work with in different industries decent pay for work from home job with very little overhead (internet and pc) no cost for classes/training training is 3-4 weeks

Cons

pay can be low for some clients classes/training is unpaid

can only pick hours available if your too late you can get almost no hours.

Flexible schedule, work from home, some clients pay very well

Cons

Higher paying clients training slots fill quickly ( within hours) ,Poor communication from mgmt, first pay takes nearly a month
