❌ Poor Management: The company lacks proper management and organisation. There were only four full-time staff, including the boss, and interns were often given random tasks without a clear focus. ❌ Unclear Job Scope: Initially hired as Website Business Analysts, my friends and I were reassigned on the first day, I were into project management, another to digital marketing, without a clear direction. The boss frequently changed tasks without allowing us to complete previous ones, resulting in constant unfinished work. ❌ Lack of Guidance & Appreciation: Instead of proper training, we were often told to "just Google it" or use ChatGPT to figure things out. The boss not showed little appreciation for interns or full-time staff. ❌ Poor Work Environment: The office lacked basic cleanliness, and there was no cleaner, interns had to clean their own desks and take out the trash. ❌ Additionally, the workspace had poor air ventilation, and the boss do a smelly prayer things. Its make me want to vomit. 🤮 ❌ Unreasonable Work Expectations: Interns were paid only RM600 for six months and were expected to come to the office on Saturdays without any valid reason. The boss did not value input from employees and only focused on giving orders without considering feedback. ❌ No Employee Benefits: If you continue working in this company, don’t expect any benefits. - No annual leave. - No proper pantry, no snacks, no microwave. - No staff parking provided. - No panel clinic—if you get sick, you must pay first and can only claim after resigning. - No travel reimbursement for meetings (claims are only given after you resign). - No medical benefits at all. ❌ Unrealistic Expectations Without Budget: The boss expects high-quality outcomes but refuses to invest in necessary tools or paid plans. For example, he requested a well-designed template for a client’s website but rejected the suggestion to use a paid version, despite it being essential for a better result. Just a stingy approach overall. ❌ Be careful if you are interns, don't do waste your time in this company, you will not learn anything relate to your studies, the boss will just use you as he wants. Think twice and many times before make your decisions.
