      Pros

      They are growing. that's it.

      Cons

      Company is about 2 years old. Very unorganized, no systems or procedures in place. No training. Poor leadership. They operate on a very tight budget (shoestring). Plan on working 70 hours a week. I rate them a zero across the board.

      Interview process was simple, clear, and heard back from management quickly

      Cons

      Some people through the corporate team are newer to the company so several aspects are very busy and at times can be crazy. However, the company has hired on hardworking people to smooth everything out.
