      Pros

      Good product and it will be very good learning curve for the fresher.

      Cons

      No work life balance. No respect for the full time employees. No process and no proper road map for the next generation platform.

Some of your comments seem very polarised as we have many full-time employees and developers and I certainly can't see them all feeling that way. I wish you all the best with your next role.
