Pros
You can learn a lot if you wanted to do so. They experiment a lot of things and introduced so many new concepts to the eCommerce industry which motivated me to work with such a group of talents. Speed of work is significantly high as compared to industry majors ( as the tech team belongs to India)
Cons
As they experiment a lot, failure rate is high. I felt things went slow when Rocket tried to poke in in day to day business.
