      Great salary, great opportunities. New assets

      Cons

      Tends to keep older “experienced” people around for way too long. These are new, high tech vessels, the old schoolers have little to nothing to add in maintaining and operating equipment. Shuffles people around instead of fixing the root cause of people problems.
