Women Beware -Avoid this Company - Project Manager Jaco General Contractor Employee Review

Good Old Boys Club Atmosphere. Women are degraded from the home office down. Not much for training or if you don't know their software system and have questions, they use that as an excuse to fire you. People can come in late, drunk, and sleep in the office and that's not a problem if you are part of their "boys club". Literally 3 women have been fired in the past month with zero write ups or verbal counseling, yet zero guys, It is a toxic environment for females. They literally posted a picture of a past female employee in her bathing suit on the men's bathroom door at the home office - this says enough about the environment.
