      Short staffed, boring/toxic environment, too much gossip, no benefits for full-time, too much micro-managing, new ideas are ignored

      great culture to work and very good infrastructure flexible hrs own cafeteria Ideal for people that is starting in the software development

      low salaries, very difficult to get promotion not recommended for people have been working more than 7 years.
