Janalent is small private organization that allows you the opportunity to wear many different hats. They offer competitve salary and great bonus packages. The environment is small so you will definately get noticed. The consultants hired are typically subject matter experts for Quest Software tools (i.e. ARS, EMW, DMW, QMM, etc.).
Cons
Janalent is a small organization headed by a husband and wife team. The wife is the CEO while the husband is VP of Marketing. At any single time there is less than 10 delivery consultants supplemented by contractors. The company started off performing subcontracting work for Quest Software. As the relation died, so did the business and pipeline. Depsite the listing of multiple office locations, the company's true office is located in a business park in Las Vegas, NV. Working at Janalent felt like working as a subcontractor. There is no sense of culture and always a lack of morale. Corporate communication is little to none. And when there its usually in the form of an email from the CEO the length of a book. Since it's a private company, communications lack quantifiable figures. As a result, target goals are difficult to attain and strategy session turn into chit-chat.
