Pros
Schedule Flexibility Unlimited PTO/Sick-Leave Working remotely was the main reason I worked at Jane and it has helped me be there to raise my son and support my family Co-workers-everyone that works here is so amazing. The people really make this job. We are able to connect even working remotely The culture is awesome and I really appreciate working for a company that values women Wonderful management/leadership
Cons
There can be a lot of time-consuming tasks due to such manual processes. Looking forward to the future and tech upgrades.
