With regards to your feedback for increase in salary package – compensation is a subjective matter and provides different relevance to different issues. As for medical insurance coverage that you have highlighted, we have recently updated our insurance benefits to make sure our employees enjoy better benefits. It is unfortunate you were not able to stay long enough to benefit from the tools we have in place (and the ones soon to launch).
