Small company started by a group of experienced professionals with similar goals and ethics in mind. Nice facility to work in. Excellent group of employees who are both friendly and professional.

Great supervisor, great product and great place to work. They always treat people fairly.

Business minds are stuck in the early 90's. No advertising, no real marketing budget. Lots of micro management. Management is too naive and trusting - people take advantage. No Christmas bonuses. Apprehensive about making bold changes.
