      Pros

      They bought me an iPhone X to use for work.

      Cons

      I was actually lied to about the role on several fronts in order to get me to accept the position. I worked in an incredibly hostile and antiquated office full of hostile and toxic people and was immediately fired for calling this environment out as toxic and asking HR to do their job and address it instead of asking me and frankly everyone else to work around it.

      (Farm position) easy first job, kind, understanding community, values all employees and listens to their concerns

      Cons

      They aren’t super involved with the programs directly most of the time, it takes a while for them to get back to you

In listening to our employee concerns it is, unfortunately, true that our response times vary quite a bit across the organization. The variety and types of programs run by Janus Youth Programs is quite broad and, though we aim for unified responses to issues, we still encounter scenarios that require checking with various contractors and licensing agencies prior to responding.       Pros

      Flexible schedule. As a substitute at the beginning of the month you can comment on the schedule to pick up shifts and can often work 30-40 hours or not at all that week if desired. Can be fun if you enjoy working with teenagers.

      Cons

      Depending on who you are or could be an emotionally taxing job at times
