Really great CEO who clearly makes a strong effort to bring the company together. I think the previous post about George is completely inaccurate. Sure there are somethings that can be improved, but they are clearly making a big effort to do so. My personal experience with everyone at the company the past few years has been incredibly positive. The management makes an effort to ensure you're growing and happy.
Lots of freedom in terms of work schedule and what you get to work on. The company works on a lot of challenging problems and has good talent.
Cons
The hiring process can be better streamlined. A lot of time wasted on the engineering side.
