Pros
Great learning in terms of IT hiring. Company provides all the resources to ease your work, training for new people is commendable. All employees are treated as equal, whether its is new person or a tenured employee. Very approachable top management, everyone is heard and everyone's opinion matters here. There is job security, the company did not ask anyone to leave even during the pandemic, when other companies were laying-off their workforce .
Cons
Competitive team, so lot of efforts and patience is required before you get a promotion. Employee engagement activities, although are there but still I feel it should happen more often.
