      Pros

      The supervisors are great and you can be flexible on the job, no one is on your back about how you should teach your class room. They allow you to work it the way you want.

      Cons

      NO HEALTH BENEFITS, no vacation pay or sick day or pto time. The kids are spoiled and parents do take the time out to volunteer.

      Pros

      The owner has a great mission and attitude to the children and employees.The director is amazing; She is calm organized and cares deeply for the children. They work with you if you have any family or medical circumstances in which you would need to absent.

      Cons

      This company is definitely a labor of love so you will have to clean on your own (meaning there is no cleaning person) and the pay isn't the best.
