      Pros

      So far, the people, culture and everything else has been seamless, friendly and kind. The work is challenging, but the management is considerate and accommodating where they provide the tools and platform to perform and also provide help when and where you need it.

      Cons

      Implementation of new technologies in the business is something that would be really great.
