Pros

As a Technical Product Manager at Jerry.ai is honestly a mix of brilliance and chaos in the best way possible. the people are ridiculously sharp. Everyone moves fast, thinks critically, and you’re constantly pushed to think three steps ahead. There’s a ton of freedom because you get to make real calls on products that actually ship, not just sit in a doc somewhere. The energy is wild too; every discussion feels like a mini think tank, and if you’re curious and a bit stubborn (in a good way), you’ll thrive.

Cons

it’s not exactly a calm place. Priorities can change overnight, and sometimes it feels like you’re trying to build a plane mid-flight. Feedback is very direct and you’re expected to figure things out without much hand-holding. Also, the speed can burn you out if you don’t pace yourself. It’s not for people who like long pauses or neat workflows. But if you enjoy a little bit of chaos, love solving hard problems, and don’t mind working with people who might out-argue you on your own idea Jerry.ai keeps you on your toes, always.

Pros

Working as a Software Engineer at Jerry.ai honestly feels like being in a constant sprint with some of the sharpest minds I’ve met. The dev culture here is wild, people think fast, build fast, and expect results that actually matter. You’re given full ownership of your projects, from design to deployment, and it’s super satisfying seeing your code go live within days. The engineering problems are legit interesting too we’re talking large-scale optimization, performance tuning, and automation challenges that push you to think beyond just syntax. I really vibe with the “figure it out, ship it, and iterate” mindset. It’s high-energy, collaborative, and full of those late-night “wait, that actually worked?” moments.

Cons

If you’re someone who values crystal-clear direction and structured workflows like me, Jerry.ai might feel a bit overwhelming at times. The company’s still scaling, so processes can feel rough around the edges and sometimes documentation lags behind features, and it’s easy to get lost juggling multiple priorities. Communication across teams can get tricky too, especially when everyone’s moving a mile a minute. You learn to sync fast and over-communicate, but it takes a bit of adjusting. Also, because expectations are high, imposter syndrome can sneak in when you’re surrounded by brilliant people. But if you take it as motivation instead of pressure, you’ll grow faster than anywhere else.
