Flexible hours – open 24/7 so there are many opportunities to find a suitable schedule. Work from home – ideal for stay at home parents There is no commute time/expense or work wardrobe required! I have worked from home for over 12 years and almost half that time was with JetSpring. This allowed me to be home for my children and still generate an income to support our financial needs in a flexible, sustainable environment. Strong team community – with over 35 live chat agents connected live through Skype while assisting students, there is always someone available to assist with questions and provide support. There is also a strong sense of community among the other chat agents. Great virtual office environment. Diverse exposure – with over 40 clients and chatting with students from all over the world, you handle all types of questions and concerns. Management team is always accessible via Skype, text, email or phone. There is always someone to reach out to with concerns or questions. Open Door – I have always found management to be open to listening to suggestions about changes and also about concerns. Incentive pay available for certain hours of operation. Wage increases are also available as you tenure with the company and take on additional responsibilities. I feel the wage offered is fair for the position as well as the work from home environment. Employee expenses are minimal overall when compared to positions outside the home. Family orientated – Management understands and supports those with families when there are situations that arise. Overall my experience with JetSpring has been incredibly positive. I find our management staff to be appreciative of quality work and attention to detail. Constructive feedback is provided consistently. I have pursued a position outside the home at this time but have remained an employee of JetSpring on a very part-time basis because of the benefits it offers me with additional income, flexible hours, and honestly, I enjoy the team I work with.
