      very good in promising and talking, good marketing about themselves

      Cons

      highest amount of incompetent employees, self proclaimed managers with no experience or skills, HR is useless and weak, senior management reverses change for the better after some time so all goes back to the same mismanagement.

      Positive work environment and very encouraging. The HR at Jetex US is very helpful and great to work with.

      Pros

      You will work with an amazing group of people that become like family. The office is very laid back and there’s no micromanaging.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, no bonus, no raises, the benefits are mediocre, upper management is disorganized and unfair. There’s no room for growth with this company and you will become stuck.
