      A couple of the employees are great to work with.

      Cons

      Disorganized, poor management that has no clue which way is up. Cash the check and move on to something better or don't even waste your time.

      Positive work environment and very encouraging. The HR at Jetex US is very helpful and great to work with.

      Pros

      You will work with an amazing group of people that become like family. The office is very laid back and there’s no micromanaging.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, no bonus, no raises, the benefits are mediocre, upper management is disorganized and unfair. There’s no room for growth with this company and you will become stuck.
