Good place to work - Server/Bartender Jinja Bar & Bistro Employee Review

I have always been impressed with the people I both serve and work along side at Jinja. Management is very keen on providing servers, bartenders, and hostess' with whatever they need. The work culture here is incredible.

As in any service-related job, the cap on salary or tip expectations can make you feel rather isolated and 'stuck' career-wise.

Good boss and good managers

Employees were questionable and the customers were never nice
