      Pros

      The office location in Boston was pretty good. It helped me avoid a lot of time-wasting efforts during the commute.

      Cons

      The expectations from employees were awfully high. There was no reason to work here as these control freaks tried to micromanage everyone. They were cruel and didn't understand that employees were nearing exhaustion. Most employees were stressed due to the toxic behavior. After all, who wants someone breathing down their neck all the time? I didn't.

      End-of-quarter periods can be really tough.

      Pros

      Every minute spent here felt like a harsh lesson. One of the clearest lessons was realizing how much work life balance had been taken for granted.

      Cons

      . The workloads are brutally excessive and completely draining. . Employees are constantly expected to complete far too much work in far too little time. . Work life balance is treated like a joke and is not respected at any level. . Personal boundaries are routinely ignored with constant pressure to take on more and more work. . The demands feel never ending with no real relief or pause.
