      Pros

      Fully remote! Being able to have my toddler with me while still pursuing my career. The environment is great. Very warm and welcoming. Fast-growing with a lot of exposure and experience.

      Cons

      Salaries could be more market related based on your position within the company but they are actively working on changing this.
