Pros

Working for Job.com has absolutely no pros...unless you like not being paid. My legacy company was fantastic and had a great culture, great leadership and I would have retired there.

Cons

Executive leadership does not care about the employees, they have not paid payroll on time for almost 4 months and did away with several of the benefits offered by the legacy companies. They push employees to continue to drive revenue through the staffing and search business but only care about the tech side of the business, which is not producing revenue- all the while they can't make payroll or pay vendors. The only reason I am still with the company is out of loyalty to my legacy company's leadership.

Pros

Working as a Compliance Manager on contract here has been an incredibly rewarding and enjoyable journey. From day one, I found an "easy to get along with" workplace where collaboration isn't just a buzzword it’s the standard. What truly sets this organization apart is the genuine heart they have for their healthcare workers. They don't just "place" professionals; they are deeply invested in seeing every nurse and specialist succeed. This passion is evident from the very first onboarding step and stays consistent throughout the entire assignment. The perks for candidates are honestly amazing! I’ve personally witnessed managers going above and beyond, constantly looking for new ways to reward and support their healthcare professionals. As someone in compliance, it is a breath of fresh air to work with a team that is so fiercely passionate about the quality of care and the well-being of the people providing it.

Cons

The pace is fast because the demand for great care is high, but the supportive environment makes every challenge feel like a shared victory.
