-Creative benefits like house cleaning are fun, but are just a tricky way to avoid more more substantial benefits like a 401k, bonuses, etc...
-Company culture promotes growth and advancement, but does not reward employees for it. Even exceptional performance is only rewarded with a 2.5% annual pay increase, which is exponentially more painful when your base salary is already undervalued compared to industry standard.
