Pros
JobNimbus has one of the best cultures and company methodologies at any company I've ever seen. Everyone really lives our values and we use a genius process called EOS to operate which makes meetings more meaningful and our company more efficient. I really love coming in every day. I'm always growing, challenged, and rewarded for good work. Our CEO is big proponent that we are all on a hero's journey and our goal is to not only make our customers heroes in their own domain, but all of us as well. Our company is also very open with us. We know exactly how we're doing financially, we know what's going on each week from the highest level down. There are no curveballs from JobNimbus's upper management. Overall, it's a fantastic place to work, and one of my favorite jobs I've ever had.
Cons
If there's one con I can think of, it's just getting enough people to do the job. We are scaling fast in our product, but we need more people to keep up with it.
