Pros

Positive Exposure to Adults of Autism

Cons

In a nutshell, this Agency is poorly run and badly managed. I had the misfortune of being one of the applicants quickly hired after seeing their ad on Idealist. Com. This place is run quite unprofessionally by overzealous administration who don't have their "Direct Service Professionals " best interests in mind. Another point to group: They've mislabeled "Mentor" job titles when all they want are "enablers." The management plays "mind games" with their employees and they refused to give promised salary raises. This place is Definitely NOT a great place to work. Avoid working here at all costs, as you'll wind feeling quite drained with little compensation to show for it. I am still in therapy after only working at JOBPATH for only six months, and I have suffered stomach ulcers.
