      Pros

      Good location for people living in Essex, as long as you can drive. Nice people to work with and reasonable office environment.

      Cons

      Pretty oppressive structure and low morale with staff members. Real lack of communication from the top down. Long hours (unnecessary) at 8.30-5.30 and no flexibility. Terrible leave allowance and no benefits to speak of.

      Pros

      The people in the department were nice. They have a private carpark so parking isn't an issue. Good place to learn.

      Cons

      HR depardment were borderline draconian. They required that every second be mapped even if you were delayed getting in by a couple of minutes, if you did this too many days in a row then this would trigger a "Review". In the entire time i worked there I didn't get a pay rise even though I got a promotion.

      Pros

      They expect you to work hard and get results but reward hard working can do people. If you want your day to go quickly and somewhere to learn this is the place.

      Cons

      It is based in Tiptree, Essex but if you have a car not really an issue.
