Friendly coworkers and it's a small space so you will bond quickly. I'm still good friends with many of my former colleagues here.

Difficult space to be in. A lot of competition.

From the product to the people, to the snacks in the breakroom, I couldn't be more pleased with Joibalign. The team was very welcoming when I began working here, and there is a great sense of pride in the work that people do. Jobalign encourages a very collaborative culture and out of the box thinking to solve problems. As an employee, I feel that my work is valued and appreciated. It is important for me to work somewhere that I feel like my contributions are meaningful, my ideas are heard and respected, and I can make an impact on the company's goals. I absolutely get all of these quality's from Jobalign.
