Recruiting Partner with Job Board Splitters - Director Jobhuk Employee Review

In reality it seems like a ghost company, No answers any questions, Is the company defunct? I surfaced an A-List candidate and submitted him to Intella Pro (the Jobhuk client who is apparently another recruiting firm) for a contract role - I have submitted standard questions and they have the candidate in the system but neither Jobhuk nor Intella Pro will answer my questions - this seems very suspicious and unprofessional.
