Business Outlook

Pros

-Nice office! -Office is very well stocked with snacks/goodies, everyone outside the business always tells me how cool it sounds when I mention this :) -Management are very down to earth, approachable, supportive and understanding -There are a few different spaces to work from at the office -The people at Joblogic are great to work with -A lot of opportunity to grow your career -Management are open minded to new ideas -A good level of camaraderie between the SDR team on inbound/outbound -You can work from home with 2 days in the office -The Account Executive's are great to work with. -Senior management are very, very supportive and understanding. -My interview process was like having a natural conversation with genuine people who were curious about my experience as opposed to being grilled and questioned. It was a good interview experience. -Business is growing rapidly so opportunities are there if you can add value where there are gaps

Cons

-Some departments are siloed and don't talk to each other enough -Some processes need attention, but with the recent new hire of a sales development leader this will likely get fixed very soon -Targets are not prorated so if you take time off, it can become difficult to achieve targets -Onboarding was not the best in terms of training material, but it has since been adapted based on feedback from myself and some others in my training group in Feb 2025. It is now much better. -
