THIS COMPANY IS PRONE TO LAYOFFS TO SOLVE FINANCIAL ISSES.
Your position will constantly be in question and it does not matter your loyalty or performance; they will lay you off based on how much money you make.
The work environment is not conducive for employees who are not Christian. They are often subjected to being part of religious expression and the CEO does not listen to logic and chooses to rely on prayer instead of reasoning. Most decisions are made based on prayers and not on reasoning and every step forward you take, management forces you 4 steps back. No decision can ever be made, and their pay is NOT competitive. My position was critically underpaid for the amount of work I was expected to complete. Know your value and don’t work here. For a a supposed Christian company, the actions of management are not aligned with their religious values.
