Poor wage Upper management are gaslighters, bullies and give 0 support. Head office is extremely disconnected with what happens in store. Hours will get changed with 0 notice. HR doesn't do anything about complaints about staff. Managers will start drama with sales reps for 0 reason, and blame them for gossiping... it ain't gossiping if its the truth + your actions make u look bad 🤷🏽‍♀️
