Pros
They have a relaxed, friendly atmosphere at the office. The hours are good and you won't ever stay really late. The work is interesting and ultimately rewarding when a big project is finished. The company was recently taken over by corporate and there is a lot of expansion across the company. They are becoming more organized and creating more opportunities for upward growth. There is a nice employee discount as and of right now, a nice paid "winter break" around Christmas time (might change).
Cons
Hiring/firing is very disorganized, they don't have an HR person. Trying to find out how many vacation days you have is always a hassle. There are some very high stress days where I come home absolutely exhausted, and not always a lot of recognition of your hard work or a job well done from upper management.
